I am in the process of replacing centers on my stock turbos. I found the engine was a JDM swap the had auto turbos, so I picked up a set of manuals since the car is a manual and I want the higher boost potential. after cleaning and assembly I went to mount the turbos to find they simply wont fit. After a little head scratching I noticed the wastegate mounting holes on the intake housings are different than the auto ones that were originally on the engine, not allowing enough rotation to clear the exhaust. So my questions are why are the mounting holes different (there is very little difference), and will the auto intake housings work with the manual exhaust housings I have mounted? It will allow the clearance I need
